1. Service
LeadStack provides productized website, CRM and follow-up systems for real estate professionals. LeadStack Starter includes one LeadStack real estate website, AI website chat, a private client login with inbox, pipeline and calendar, lead forms, booking flow and standard email follow-up. LeadStack Pro includes the same Starter scope in one subscription. Your order and onboarding record define the final scope for your account.
2. Pricing & billing
LeadStack Starter is $199 per month or $1,999 per year. LeadStack Pro is $299 per month or $2,999 per year. Monthly plans are month-to-month and annual plans run for the year paid, unless your order states otherwise. There is no free trial: the first payment is taken at checkout and your account is created then. The subscription includes the platform and the standard implementation listed for the selected plan. Domain purchases, email delivery and metered AI usage are billed separately based on consumption. Paid IDX/MLS services, managed advertising, outbound Voice AI, custom development and other add-ons are not included unless listed in your order. Fees for a billing period in which service has already been delivered are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
Service is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fees, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. After that date, AI agents are deactivated and your website remains live through the end of the paid cycle.
4. Follow-up
Email workflows may launch with either plan. You must provide accurate business information. LeadStack does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments or transactions.
5. Intellectual property
You own your domain, brand content and contact data. LeadStack retains ownership of its website templates, workflow architecture, AI configuration and platform materials. Those system components remain available while your subscription is current. We may use anonymized project work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the previous 30 days. LeadStack provides the system and standard implementation but does not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, transactions, advertising results or search rankings.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance.
8. Text messaging
By giving us your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Lead Stack System about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, and customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing — see our Privacy Policy.
