1. Service
Lead Stack System provides custom websites, AI voice and text agents, business phone numbers, and related CRM automation services. Specific deliverables are defined per plan and per client project.
2. Pricing & billing
Each service is billed monthly at $299 per service, with bundle pricing when you combine services. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract — you can cancel month-to-month service at any time. We do not offer refunds on service already delivered for the current billing period.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. After cancellation, AI agents are deactivated and your website remains live until the end of the billing cycle.
4. Intellectual property
You own your content (logos, copy, photos). We retain the right to use anonymized project work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 30 days. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome.
6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email 14 days in advance.
7. Text messaging
By giving us your phone number, you consent to receive calls and SMS text messages from Lead Stack System about your inquiry, appointments, reminders, and customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing — see our Privacy Policy.
